- Titulado en ingeniería civil
- Ocho (8) años de experiencia profesional desde la obtención del grado de bachiller
- Cinco (5) años en roles de Ingeniero Residente, Ingeniero Residente de Obra, Residente de Obra, Jefe de Obra, Jefe de Sector, jefe de Proyecto, jefe de Tramo, jefe de supervisión, inspector de obra y/o roles afines.
- Conocimientos indispensables: Gestión de obras, gestión de proyectos de infraestructura vial, conservación de obra, administración de contratos y Ms Office a nivel intermedio

- Supervisar la correcta ejecución de las obras de construcción de infraestructura vial
- Supervisar la correcta ejecución de las obras iniciales
- Revisar continuamente el cronograma de ejecución de obras iniciales y priorizar la elaboración de Ingeniería de detalles
- Elaborar informes y sustentaciones de manera diaria, semanal y mensual
- Coordinar permanentemente con el Gerente Vial.
- Elaborar reportes de productividad
