• Bachiller de las carreras de marketing, comunicación, administración, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines
• Con estudios de posgrado en administración, marketing o afines
• Siete (7) años de experiencia general desde la obtención del grado de bachiller.
• Tres (3) años de experiencia en cargos de jefatura o coordinación de marketing, en empresas comerciales, de retail, moda o consumo masivo
• Conocimientos indispensables en gestión de marcas.
• Idioma inglés a nivel intermedio para eventuales coordinaciones con proveedores en el extranjero
• MsOffice a nivel avanzado

• Definir y ejecutar estrategias de marketing para aumentar el rendimiento de las ventas, tanto en las tiendas propias como en los canales moderno, tradicional y digital
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de mercado para iniciar el vínculo con nuevos comercializadores y distribuidores.
• Desarrollar la estrategia de marketing digital para consolidar las marcas que comercializa la empresa.
• Incrementar la frecuencia de visitas y el ticket promedio de compra en el canal de ventas virtual.
• Desarrollar e implementar campañas con activaciones BTL, campañas 360 y gestión de trade marketing.
• Coordinar y ejecutar eventos de lanzamiento de marcas
• Alinear a los promotores, los distribuidores y vendedores minoristas sobre los atributos de las marcas.
