• Licenciado/a en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería de Higiene y Seguridad, Ingeniería Mecánica, o afines
• Especialización en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad, Calidad y Medioambiente
• Cinco (5) años de experiencia como líder del área de SSOMA en empresas industriales con más de 400 colaboradores y producción continua.
• Deseable experiencia laboral en empresas con sindicatos internos.
• Conocimientos indispensables en seguridad, manejo del cambio, investigación de accidentes, monitoreo de agentes físicos y químicos y controles ambientales
• Inglés intermedio ya que tendrá comunicación con proveedores y clientes del extranjero.
• MsOffice a nivel intermedio
• Disponibilidad para viajar constantemente al interior del país.

• Planificar, implementar y supervisar el plan anual del área para cumplir con los indicadores establecidos de seguridad.
• Liderar y ejecutar la investigación y análisis de causa de los accidentes de trabajo
• Supervisar que las diferentes áreas apliquen las medidas correctivas dadas por SSOMA.
• Actualizar la matriz IPERC y verificar que los controles se cumplan
• Atender las inspecciones realizadas por las diferentes entidades gubernamentales.
• Elaborar indicadores de gestión y reportes a las gerencias
• Implementar el sistema de gestión por procesos en el área
• Liderar las reuniones del comité de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
• Elaborar y poner en práctica el plan de contingencias, conformando para ello una brigada de rescate, incendió y primeros auxilios.
• Verificar que el personal de las empresas contratistas cumplan con las normativas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo antes de realizar trabajos dentro de las instalaciones de la empresa.
• Elaborar, actualizar y difundir el reglamento interno de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
